The Retreat Journey
A Journey of Preparation, Exploration, and Integration
Meaningful transformation does not happen in a single moment.
Before The Retreat
The journey begins before we gather. Through the application process, preparation materials, and a one-to-one preparation session, you’ll be supported in clarifying your intentions, understanding the process, and arriving feeling grounded and ready for the retreat.
Day 1: Arriving
We begin by settling into the space, sharing a nourishing meal, and gathering in our opening circle. Creating the foundations of safety, trust, and connection that will support the days ahead.
Day 2: Connecting
Through movement, breathwork, and group practices, we begin listening more deeply to ourselves. Participants also have the option of a guided microdose to gently prepare for the ceremony.
Day 3: Journeying
Held within a safe and carefully supported container, the legal psilocybin truffle ceremony invites a deep exploration of your inner world.
Day 4: Integrating
Through sharing circles, creative practices, practical integration exercises, and individual sessions, we begin exploring how insights can be brought into daily life.
Day 5: Returning
After breakfast, we close our time together and begin the journey home. While the retreat ends, the integration process continues beyond these days.
After the retreat
One week later, we gather for a facilitated online integration circle to reconnect, share reflections, and support the integration process. Additional individual integration sessions are available if desired.

Is this retreat suitable for first-time participants?
Yes. Many participants join with little or no prior experience with psychedelics. Through the preparation process, discovery call, and ongoing support, we help you feel informed and supported throughout the journey.
How many participants will attend?
This is an intimate retreat with a maximum of 6 participants. The small group size allows for individual attention, deeper connection, and a supportive group environment.
What preparation is included?
Preparation includes a 30-minute discovery call, a 1-hour preparation session, and guidance materials. The intention is to help you arrive feeling informed, grounded, and ready for the experience.
What integration support is offered?
Integration is at the heart of this retreat. Support includes group integration activities, an individual on-site integration session, practical integration guidance, and a facilitated group integration call one week after the retreat.
What therapeutic approaches inform the retreat?
The retreat integrates Body-Oriented Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), somatic practices, breathwork, and psychedelic-assisted work. These approaches help create a safe and supportive framework for self-exploration and integration.
Can I participate if I am taking medication?
Some medications may not be compatible with psilocybin. This is one of the reasons we have an application and screening process. Any relevant medications, medical conditions, or concerns will be discussed before participation is confirmed.
What accommodation is available?
Participants stay in comfortable shared accommodation or in a private room within a peaceful retreat setting surrounded by nature. More details about room options will be provided during the application process.
What if I am unsure whether this retreat is right for me?
That is exactly what the discovery call is for. It offers an opportunity for us to connect, explore your intentions, answer your questions, and determine together whether this retreat feels like the right fit for you.
What is the investment for the retreat?
The investment varies depending on the participation pathway and accommodation arrangements. Details will be shared during the discovery call and application process.
Who is this retreat not suitable for?
This retreat may not be suitable for individuals with certain psychiatric conditions, specific medications, or circumstances that could increase risk. These considerations are discussed during the screening process.
Do I need to have a specific intention before attending?
No. While some participants arrive with a clear intention, others simply feel called to explore themselves more deeply. The preparation process can help clarify what feels important for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the small group size and the preparation involved, retreat spaces are limited and reserved specifically for each participant.
To secure your place, a deposit is required and is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat, your payment will be refunded minus the deposit. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the retreat are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable.
If your place can be filled by another participant, we will always do our best to find a fair solution.
Coming Back Home Begins with a First Step
There are moments in life when something within us calls for a deeper connection, a different way of being, or a space to truly listen to ourselves.
