1:1 Therapy & Somatic Support Sessions
Individual therapy and guided inner work sessions online and in-person in the Netherlands.
Integrating somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), body psychotherapy, and relational approaches to support emotional healing, self-understanding, life transitions, relationship challenges, and meaningful change.
Let’s go on a journey inward. And if at any moment it feels intense or unfamiliar, you won’t be alone, I will be there with you.
Many of us carry parts that hold fear, pain, shame, guilt, self-criticism, or inner conflict.
These parts are not the problem. More often, they developed as ways of protecting us, shaped by experiences that still live within us today.
At the same time, there is often a deeper place within us that holds clarity, wisdom, compassion, and direction.
In our sessions, I support you in reconnecting with this inner knowing, so you can relate to yourself with greater understanding and move through life with more clarity, presence, and choice.
What These Sessions Can Support
These sessions offer space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what is present with curiosity, care, and compassion.
Together, we work with the emotional, relational, and embodied layers of your experience at a pace that feels supportive for your system.
You don’t need to fit into a specific category to benefit from this work.
You may be navigating:
- Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted
- Life transition, loss, or important decision
- Challenges in your relationships or recurring relational patterns
- Inner conflict, self-criticism, or difficulty trusting yourself
- Emotions that feel difficult to understand, express, or move through
- A longing to feel more connected to yourself and your body
- The integration of meaningful or psychedelic experiences
- A desire for greater emotional awareness, authenticity, and inner stability
How I Work
My work integrates somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), body psychotherapy, and relational approaches to support emotional awareness, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
Rather than trying to fix or suppress parts of yourself, we create space to listen more deeply to what is asking for attention, care, and understanding.
Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS)
IFS helps us explore the different emotional parts, inner voices, and protective patterns that shape your experience. Through this process, we create more understanding, self-compassion, and inner connection.
Somatic & Body Psychotherapy
Brings the body into the process. Through body awareness, breath, movement, and emotional expression, we work with the patterns and experiences that are held not only mentally, but physically and emotionally as well.
My approach is informed by body psychotherapy, Core Energetics.
Relational & Compassionate Communication
Inspired by Nonviolent Communication (NVC), this approach supports honest and compassionate dialogue, both with yourself and others. Together, we explore feelings, needs, boundaries, and relational patterns with greater clarity and care.
Every person and process is different.
Rather than following a rigid method, I adapt the work to what is present in the moment, creating a space that supports safety, curiosity, emotional honesty, and deeper connection with yourself.
What Sessions Can Look Like
Each session is unique and shaped by what is present in the moment.
Some sessions may involve reflection and dialogue, while others may include body awareness, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, movement, silence, or relational exploration.
We move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable for your system.
Arriving
We begin by checking in with what feels most present for you emotionally, mentally, physically, or relationally. This helps us understand where attention may be needed in the session.
Exploring
Together, we gently explore thoughts, emotions, body sensations, inner conflicts, protective patterns, or relational dynamics that may be emerging. The process is guided with curiosity, care, and respect for your pace.
Integrating
Before closing, we create space to ground and integrate what has been experienced or discovered during the session, supporting greater awareness, clarity, and connection moving forward.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need previous therapy experience?
No. You do not need any previous therapy experience to benefit from this work. Whether you are completely new to therapy or have been exploring your inner world for many years, we begin with where you are and what feels present for you.
How do I know whether a 60-minute or 90-minute session is right for me?
Both formats can be valuable. A 60-minute session offers focused support and exploration, while a 90-minute session provides more space for deeper inquiry, body-based work, and integration.
For a first session, I often recommend 90 minutes. It gives us more space to get to know each other, explore what brings you here, and begin the work without feeling rushed.
If you’re unsure, we can explore together what feels most supportive for you.
Are sessions available online?
Yes. Sessions are available both online and in person in Soest, Netherlands. Online sessions can be deeply effective and allow for meaningful emotional, relational, and somatic work from the comfort of your own space.
What happens during a session?
Each session is unique and shaped by what is present in the moment. Depending on your needs, we may work through dialogue, body awareness, emotional processing, relational patterns, nervous system regulation, or parts work. The process unfolds at a pace that feels supportive and manageable for your system.
Can these sessions support the integration of psychedelic experiences?
Yes. These sessions can provide a grounded space to explore, understand, and integrate insights or challenges that arise from meaningful psychedelic experiences. Integration often involves bringing awareness to emotional, relational, and embodied aspects of the experience so that insights can be more fully lived in everyday life.
Is this work confidential?
Yes. Everything shared during our sessions is treated with care and confidentiality, in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
What if I am not sure where to start?
You do not need to know exactly what you need before reaching out. Many people begin with a sense that something wants attention, change, or understanding. Together, we can explore what feels most supportive for you and how to begin.
How often should I book sessions?
There is no single right rhythm. Some people choose to work together weekly, others bi-weekly or monthly. We can explore together what level of support feels most aligned with your needs and circumstances.
What approaches do you use in your work?
My work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, body psychotherapy, and relational approaches inspired by Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Rather than applying a fixed method, I adapt the process to what is present and supportive for each person.
Can I work with you if I am not interested in psychedelics?
Absolutely. Many people work with me through 1:1 therapy and somatic support sessions without any interest in psychedelic work. The focus is always on what feels aligned and supportive for you.
