ABOUT ME
Originally from Peru, I have been living in the Netherlands since 2019. I am a soul that is passionate about learning more from life and continually rediscovering my inner world, and supporting others to do the same.
In the past few years, I have been studying and exploring modalities that help me and others. Combining scientific knowledge with indigenous traditions to facilitate and create safe spaces is at the core of everything I do. My aim is to support you to be more in touch with your inner wisdom.
I am an Empathic Communication educator & mediator (NVC – Nonviolent Communication), yoga teacher, trained as a Psychedelic Practitioner (psilocybin), Reiki L1 and Clinical Internal Family System Therapy Level 1 + 2 + 3 trained practitioner (IFS), including Somatic IFS. And I am currently in my third year of studies to become a Body Oriented Psychotherapist (Core Energetics therapy).

PURPOSE
To facilitate personal growth through the tools that I have been learning through life. By sharing these practices, I strive to support others to cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and meaningful connections with others.
