A trauma-informed therapist blending scientific understanding with embodied and relational approaches to support emotional healing, self-discovery and meaningful change.
Alejandra’s work integrates Body-Oriented Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Nonviolent Communication, and therapeutic psychedelic support and integration — creating a space where every part of a client is met with curiosity, compassion and respect.
Originally from Peru and now living in the Netherlands since 2019, her vision is to contribute to a world rooted in connection, authenticity, and compassion. She believes healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about reconnecting with who we truly are.

Trauma-informed therapy recognizes that past experiences can influence how we relate to ourselves, our bodies, our emotions and others. It focuses on creating a supportive and respectful space where you can explore what you are experiencing at your own pace, with attention to safety, choice and your individual needs.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach that helps you explore the different parts of yourself, including thoughts, emotions, protective patterns and inner conflicts, with greater curiosity and compassion. It can support greater self-understanding, emotional balance and self-compassion.
Somatic and body-oriented approaches recognise the connection between the body, emotions and mind. They invite you to notice physical sensations, emotions and patterns in the body, supporting greater body awareness, self-understanding and emotional regulation.
A therapy session offers a confidential and supportive space to explore what you are experiencing. Depending on your needs, sessions may include talking, reflection, body awareness, working with different parts of yourself, or other therapeutic exercises. The approach is adapted to you rather than following a fixed formula.
Yes. I offer online therapy to clients in the Netherlands and internationally, including clients in different parts of the world. Online sessions provide a flexible way to access therapeutic support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
My practice space is in Soest, in the Utrecht region of the Netherlands. For certain forms of support, such as psychedelic-assisted therapy, it may also be possible to arrange sessions in another suitable location depending on the circumstances and what is needed.
Yes. Relational sessions can be for two people who want to explore their relationship, communication, recurring patterns, conflict or deeper connection. This can include couples, partners, or family members such as a parent and child. Sessions are offered for two people at a time.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need before reaching out. During a discovery call, you can share what is bringing you here, what you’re hoping for and any questions you have. Together, we can explore which type of support may be the best fit — whether that’s 1:1 therapy, relational work, psychedelic-assisted therapy, microdosing therapy, or a retreat.
Psychedelic-assisted therapy can include preparation, therapeutic support during the psychedelic experience, and integration afterwards. The work can involve exploring intentions, expectations and emotional readiness before the experience, therapeutic support during the experience, and processing and integrating what emerges afterwards. I also offer microdosing therapy.
You can book a discovery call through the website. The call is an opportunity to share what brings you here, ask questions and explore whether my way of working and the support I offer are a good fit for you.
I’m happy to answer anything you’re unsure about.
