ABOUT ME

Originally from Peru, I have been living in the Netherlands since 2019. I am a soul that is passionate about learning more from life and continually rediscovering my inner world, and supporting others to do the same.

In the past few years, I have been studying and exploring modalities that help me and others. Combining scientific knowledge with indigenous traditions to facilitate and create safe spaces is at the core of everything I do. My aim is to support you to be more in touch with your inner wisdom.

I am an Empathic Communication educator & mediator (NVC – Nonviolent Communication), yoga teacher, trained as a Psychedelic Practitioner (psilocybin), Reike L1 and Clinical Internal Family System Therapy Level 1 + 2 + 3 trained practitioner (IFS). And I am currently in my third year of studies to become a Body Oriented Psychotherapist (Core Energetics therapy).

To create and hold a safe, transformative space where all aspects of being are welcomed and nurtured. My aim is to support individuals in connecting deeply with themselves and discovering what feels true for them.

PURPOSE

To facilitate personal growth through the tools that I have been learning through life. By sharing these practices, I strive to support others to cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and meaningful connections with others.
